Rent a motorbike and drive around the whole delta region. Pop in some random Pagoda etc. I had a great time and people were very hospitable. I was invited to a school, offered tasty Pho Bo and other treats by several people.



Not to mention that the Delta is beautiful. You can easily drive the whole area. Cheapest rental is from Saigon, but you can find from mytho and cantho etc.
